Professor Jeff Schmitt is the Assistant Dean of Graduate Programs at the University of Dayton School of Law and an Assistant Professor of Law. He oversees the non-degree program and personally delivers some of the lectures.

During this information session, you can get a brief glimpse of the UDSL non-degree program through Dean Schmitt's sample lecture.

Professor Simon Choi is the Chief Consultant of the International Department at Guangdong Liangma Law Firm, renowned for its expertise in intellectual property law. With over 40 years of international legal experience, he manages arbitration cases in Europe and Asia and is an alumnus of Peking University, University of London, and University of Hong Kong. Professor Choi previously served as the chief legal counsel for TCL and specializes in international trade, finance, and cross-border M&A. He has taught law at various universities and collaborates with Hong Kong associations, offering consultancy to listed companies and global organizations.
